These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of boiseluxuryrentals.com (the "Site"), operated by Boise Luxury Rentals ("Boise Luxury Rentals," "we," "us" or "our"). By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site in any way — browsing pages, viewing photos, using the contact form, or clicking through to Turo — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. We may update these Terms as described in Section 13; continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. About this website

Boise Luxury Rentals is an independent host on Turo, the peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace. This Site is a marketing showcase for our vehicle(s) and the surrounding Boise, Idaho/Treasure Valley area. Boise Luxury Rentals is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Turo, Inc., Chevrolet, General Motors, or any vehicle manufacturer mentioned on the Site. Any manufacturer names, model names and trademarks (for example, "Corvette," "Stingray" and "Z51") are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the vehicle(s) we host, under nominative fair use.

This Site does not process reservations, payments, identity verification, insurance or protection-plan selection, or any other part of a rental transaction. It exists to inform you about the vehicle(s) we host and to direct you to our live Turo listing(s), where every actual booking takes place.

3. All bookings happen on Turo

Every reservation, payment, security deposit, insurance/protection plan, cancellation, mileage allowance, pickup/delivery arrangement, trip extension and trip-related dispute is handled entirely by Turo and is governed by Turo's Terms of Service and the specific listing details shown on Turo at the time you book. This Site has no ability to take a reservation, accept payment, or guarantee availability. When you click "Book on Turo" (or any similar button or link), you will leave this Site and transact directly with Turo, subject solely to Turo's own terms. We are not a party to, and have no liability arising from, the rental agreement formed between you and us (as host) through Turo's platform, except as set out in that Turo-governed agreement itself.

4. Eligibility

This Site itself has no age restriction to browse, since no transaction occurs here. To actually rent a vehicle, you must meet Turo's own eligibility requirements (minimum age, valid driver's license, identity verification and any other conditions Turo or we, as host, set on the listing), all of which are presented and verified by Turo during booking, not by this Site.

5. Accuracy of information & availability

We try to keep vehicle descriptions, specifications, photos, drive-time estimates and general content on this Site accurate and up to date, but they are provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time availability, current pricing, mileage limits, or the exact condition/options of the vehicle on a given date. The Turo listing is always the authoritative source for current pricing, availability, mileage allowances, protection-plan options and trip terms. Photos may show the vehicle at a particular time and may not reflect its exact current condition, trim accessories or minor cosmetic changes.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content, pricing or photos from the Site without our prior written consent;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the contact form, or use it to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or abusive content; or
• Copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from the Site's text, photography or design for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's text, layout, design, original photography and the Boise Luxury Rentals name and logo are owned by Boise Luxury Rentals or used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other use — including copying, reproducing or reusing our photos or written content elsewhere — requires our prior written consent. "Turo" and the Turo logo are trademarks of Turo Inc.; vehicle manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this Site grants you any license to those third-party marks.

8. Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party platforms, including Turo, Google (Maps/Search/Tag Manager/Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and our Google Business Profile. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, policies, availability or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Drive times, mileage, and distances shown on the Site are approximate, measured from Meridian, Idaho under normal traffic conditions, and are provided for general trip planning only — always confirm current conditions, hours and closures before you go, and drive safely and obey all applicable traffic laws.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOISE LUXURY RENTALS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE ALL RENTAL TRANSACTIONS OCCUR ON TURO UNDER TURO'S OWN TERMS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DISPUTE, LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, OR OTHER CLAIM ARISING FROM A BOOKING, TRIP, OR RENTAL ITSELF — THOSE ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT WITH TURO. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Boise Luxury Rentals and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Boise Luxury Rentals regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements about the Site. These Terms do not alter the terms of any separate agreement you enter into directly with Turo.
